How do I start?
It’s easy. Fill out the contact form and tell us what you are interested in. We will be in touch within a few days, and set up a Zoom or phone call. We will walk you through the whole process — asking questions, making suggestions, but keeping you in charge of the choices. After we talk, we will send a summary based on our conversation and a contract. If you choose to go ahead, fill out the contract and make the first payment. We will then set up our first of two interview sessions. The initial phone or Zoom consult is free.
How much will it cost?
Our films cost a flat fee of $1995 and can be paid by check, Paypal or Venmo. The first payment of $750 is due when you sign the contract, another $750 when we finish filming and the final $495 when your Vimeo link and flash drives are available, typically within 6-8 weeks of the final filming.
Do you offer any discounts?
You can earn money by recommending us to others. For the first year after your film is completed, we will send you a check for $100 for any person you send to us who purchases a film. Currently, we do not offer any other discounts. We have looked at the market and feel that when we compare our prices with wedding videos , our prices are in keeping with these.
How do I view my film?
Our Vimeo channel has a unique link for each film we create. Once your film is complete and paid for in full, we send you the link. We also provide up to five USB flash drives of your film at no extra cost. More flash drives can be purchased at cost.
How do I share my film?
There are several ways to share your film. You can send others the unique web address for your film. We provide up to to five flash drives at no additional cost which can be mailed or given as gifts. Additional flash drives are available at cost. You can also download your film to your own computer.
How do you keep my film private?
Each film on our password secured Vimeo channel is protected by a unique website address. Only those with that address can view the film. We will never share any part of your film without your express permission.
How long will my film be available online?
There is currently no time limit on the online availability of your film. All our films are backed up on a secured hard drive in the event of a cyber event.
